Fang Liu

Vice President, Business Development

Ms. Liu has more than 30 years’ experience in management in company, technology and engineering sales and investment in the energy industry.

At CHW, she leads business development in China, including technology and engineering partnerships. Prior to joining CHW, Ms. Liu served as Chairman of an electrochemistry water treatment company in China and was previously Vice President of China Licensing for Air Liquide Global E&C, CEO of Beijing Lurgi, and Vice President of Business Development for Aker Solutions UK.

Ms. Liu received an MBA from Lution University in the United Kingdom.
